Placing An Order
When you see an item you would like to order, select from all drop down menus the specifics of your item,
then click on "add to cart." You will be taken to the "shopping cart" which allows you to view all of the items that
you have placed in your cart. At this point, you can continue to shop by clicking on "continue shopping" or by
clicking on any category in the top or side navigation.
If you are ready to complete your purchase, click on "checkout." You will
be prompted to enter your billing, shipping, and credit card information. If you have registered with us already you can sign in by entering your username and password. Your order will not be placed until
you select "complete order." Once you select "complete order" you will be taken to a completion page and
receive an email with your order details.

Shipping
Orders placed
Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, will ship 24 to 48 hours after the
order is placed based on availability of products and credit approval. If an item is unavailable or will be delayed we will notify you via e-mail. Shipping usually takes 2 – 3 business days depending on your location.
Ibiza is pleased to offer a variety of shipping service options via USPS Priority (2
– 3 business days) and USPS Express (1 business day). Our shipping rates are calculated based on the
total value dollar of your insured order.

International Shipping: Ibizaswimwear.com does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S.available via USPS International. Please
see shipping options during check-out for your country. Also,
you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs
office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from
ibizaswimwear.com, you are considered the importer of record and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are
receiving the goods.
To our international customers: if you prefer a different method of shipping, such as UPS, FedEx or Express Shipping please contact us by phone at 1-989-856-9464 or by e-mail at info@ibizaswimwear.com and we can assist you in your request.
Local-Same Day Service : $15.00
for same day delivery in a 20 mile radius of Caseville, Michigan. If
you are further away, please contact us for charges. There is no
delivery fee to pick your order up at our downtown Caseville store.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Sales Tax: A 6% sales tax fee will be charged to our customers who reside in any states where one of our stores is located. Currently, this is
Michigan.
What If an Item Is Out of Stock? We make every effort to keep our site current. However, occasionally items sell out quickly. In the event that items are on backorder, we will notify you.
Don't See Your Size? Let us know! In most cases we can get it for you.
Gift Certificates: To
purchase an Ibiza gift certificate you must add the gift
certificate in the amount of your choice to the shopping cart. Proceed
to checkout to purchase the gift certificate. You will then receive an
order confirmation and you will be sent an online gift certificate
number which never expires and can be used at any time. You will not
be charged shipping for the purchase of a gift certificate.
Gift Wrapping: You shop and we'll wrap it up! For a charge of $5 we'll box
or bag your gift and seal it with an Ibiza logo ribbon and
sticker.

Credit Card Information:
Protecting your information is our highest priority. Ibiza uses Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your online
transactions. SSL ensures that the information that you provide is
encrypted and cannot be read by others as it travels over the Internet.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Returns
At
Ibiza,
we guarantee that all items we sell are the highest quality and hope
that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable.
Return Policy: Exchanges or store credits only (excluding
shipping and handling fees) are accepted within 10 days on items that
HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached,
including bathing suit liners.
Ibiza
may refuse a return if we feel the merchandise is not sent back to us
in the same pristine condition in which it was sent to you. In
this instance, merchandise will be returned to the customer, including
shipping and handling costs. IbizaSwimwear.com can only process returns
for merchandise purchased online. We do not refund shipping and
handling charges.
Please Note: All sale items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Requesting a return: To return an item contact us at info@ibizaswimwear.com and provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. We will send you instructions on processing your return, as well as a return authorization number. Please
note return authorizations are good for one week from the date of
issuance and must be clearly labeled on the outside of your package. We
strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of
delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Returns will be processed within 5 – 7 days after receipt of your package. If
you are making an exchange please note the new item(s) on your return
slip. For an online store credit please note “APPLY ONLINE CREDIT.” Online store credits may be used for up to one year.
